NPK Fertilizer Production Process
1.
Ingredients of raw materials: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium
chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate and other raw materials
are equipped in a certain proportion (according to market demand and
soil test results in different places).
2. Material agitation: Mix the raw materials evenly to improve the overall fertilizer efficiency of the fertilizer granules.
3. Granulation of raw materials: The raw materials with uniform stirring are conveyed to the fertilizer granulator machine for granulation.

Granules drying: The granules made by the granulator are conveyed into
the dryer, and the moisture contained in the granules is dried to
increase the strength of the granules and facilitate their preservation.
5. Granules cooling: Cooling the granule to the normal temperature and ready to packing.
6. Primary screening: Screening the powder and particles.

Secondary screening: the final compound fertilizer granules were
screened, the smaller granules were conveyed to granulating, the bigger
granules were sent to crushing.
8. Coating and
packaging: The surface of fertilizer particles is coated to release the
available nutrients slowly after fertilizer is applied to the soil, so

Automatic Batching System
Each
proportioning and weighing belt conveyor is strictly coordinated and
controlled, and the level and flow are monitored and regulated timely

order to improve the productivity of the dryer machine, the larger
diameter and length of the dryer are usually chosen to increase the
effective volume of the drum, and prolong the drying time of the

with corresponding oil (gas) fired stove and draft fans with
corresponding air volume.
